Physiotherapy should fit into your lifestyle to support you and your family. Let’s work together.

My passion for pelvic health physiotherapy was ignited while I earned my Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Manitoba, and has grown as I have developed my practice over the past 10 years. I am continuously amazed by the impact that pelvic health physiotherapy can have, and feel so privileged to be able to share this knowledge with you while we work towards achieving your goals.

I am a strong advocate for life-long-learning. In 2018, I had the privilege of travelling to Australia to obtain a Graduate Certificate in Physiotherapy (Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy) from the University of Melbourne, which has created the foundations of my pelvic health practice. I have also completed courses in pelvic girdle pain, caesarean rehabilitation, diastasis recti management, pelvic organ prolapse management and more. I work to blend my knowledge of the pelvic floor with full body exercise and orthopedic skills, with the goal of finding strategies and treatment techniques that feel comfortable, achievable, and fit into your busy lifestyle.

In addition to my pelvic health practice for adults, I have also completed additional training to support children struggling with bladder and bowel dysfunction. I am a member of the International Children’s Continence Society (ICCS), and have completed advanced paediatrics courses through the Continence Foundation of Australia. Working with children on these issues has been such a rewarding branch of my practice – I am thrilled to be able to bring the experience and skills I’ve developed over my years of practice to this young population.
